Due to continued growth and new projects we are looking to expand our finance team. If you are an experienced finance administrator with mining industry experience or a recent graduate, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you to develop your career in finance.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in an accounts administration role
  • Previous mining industry experience desirable
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to use your own initiative
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment and comfortable juggling conflicting priorities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with our team members quickly
  • Experience with Green Tree is advantageous but not essential

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Create and Maintain Jobs within Greentree ERP
  • Customer Invoicing
  • Compiling EOM reports for Supervisors and Management
  • Assist with debtor recovery and queries
  • Maintaining the WIP report to a high level of accuracy.
  • Manage the insurance requirements for assets.
  • Ensuring compliance to policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in process improvement and documenting process flows and procedures.
  • Ad hoc duties and assisting the finance team for annual leave cover
