Due to continued business growth and new projects on the horizon we are looking for an experienced mining recruiter to join our in house recruitment team. Initially this is a temp position to assist the team in getting through current project ramp ups. Depending on business requirements a permanent opportunity may be available for the right candidate.
About the role:
- You will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment for blue collar positions including mobile plant operators, drill and blast and maintenance personnel.
- Build and manage a portfolio of blue collar talent pools to allow for timely delivery for project requirements
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure manning requirements are met in a timely manner
- Responsible for the advertising, sourcing, interviewing and on-boarding of blue collar workers whose skills are currently in high demand
