SMS Mining Services Apprenticeship Trainee Program
SMS apprentices gain hands-on experience with diverse equipment, sites, and ongoing mentoring. They attend TAFE and courses (8–10 weeks yearly) with continuous support.
New apprentices start as Trade Assistants in our Kalgoorlie Workshop, exploring different trades for three months before choosing their path.
