SMS Rental has been awarded it’s first contract with mining & civil construction services provider Georgiou Group. Located at Cape Preston (70km SW of Karratha), Citic Pacific Mining’s Sino Iron Project has access to over two billion tonnes of measured indicated and inferred magnetite ore and, when operational, will be one of the world’s largest mines.
Georgiou Group has completed various construction projects at this mine site and have been onsite since May 2008.
Georgiou Group is currently working on the tailing’s dam construction, which is where SMS Rental’s equipment is currently being mobilised.

- 1x Hitachi ZX450 Excavator
